Muhammadia Islamia Hafizia Dakhil Madrasah, which started its academic journey on 01 January 2003 as a primary institution (Class One to Five), has become one of the bigest institutions of Sylhet's Madrasah. The Madrasah has a good value of academic excellence in Education Bord. The Madrasa gained Primary Permit at 01 January 2005. For an excellence position in education The Madrasah Bord gave Academic Recognition at 01/01/2009 and next year this Institution get MPO (Monthly Pay Order).

Although it is comparatively a new Institution but it has already placed itself as an important institution in the country.
It is not an over statement, under proper guidance and a little help from the Donner of around this institution and government, this institution could made a center of excellence in a very short time.
